Recruitment fraud and how to report it
HubQuery never asks candidates for money. How to spot fake recruiters and report suspicious contact.
Our promise
HubQuery never asks candidates for money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to schedule an interview, receive equipment, or accept a job offer. Legitimate hiring messages come from @hubquery.com addresses only.
Common red flags
- Anyone asking you to pay a “placement,” “visa,” or “training” fee to get hired.
- Email domains that look similar to HubQuery but are not @hubquery.com.
- Pressure to move the conversation off the Careers Portal to personal chat apps immediately.
- Offers that arrive before you applied or interviewed.
What to do
- Do not send money or share one-time bank codes.
- Keep screenshots of the message and the sender address.
- Report via the recruitment fraud notice on Careers pages, this Help article’s contact path, or HubQuery Contact.
- Continue applying only through official Careers roles under /join/jobs.
